Food

We want to be able to cook and eat food without guilt and this means dealing directly with growers, fishermen and farmers who understand how to make the most of seasonal produce and at the same time minimize the impact on our environment. All our suppliers care as passionately as we do about the provenance of our ingredients and we work with them to be more considerate of the produce we use.

Wine

At Elliot’s, we are proud to offer a wine list comprised exclusively of all-natural wines. All wines listed have been sourced from small artisan growers who farm their land organically and/or bio-dynamically. Once in the cellar, all wines are made naturally with no additives (apart from tiny amounts of sulphites) with many literally being just fermented grape juice. It takes great skill, dedication and time to produce wine that is this fine and pure.

Coffee

We work exclusively with Square Mile Coffee Roasters to bring you fresh, traceable, and beautifully executed Coffees. At all times we offer two single-origin coffees brewed through paper percolation in our Marco shuttle. We brew these light and precisely, ensuring a balanced and clean cup of joe every time.

Cocktails

Our cocktail list (much like how we see our restaurant) is small but perfectly formed. It is inspired by the new and the old and of course includes ingredients from our favourite traders on the market.
